This system can access the existing system of electric power. PMS and GIS platform of State Grid receive corresponding repair working tasks and then operate the tasks as well as the electric map information.
The system distributes (or dispatches) tasks to operations staff. The operations staff can download tasks through the mobile terminals and then operate on-site and offline, timely input the content of the site work (texts, voice, pictures, videos) into the system, and upload the work record to the server in the end.
