1.1 System Overview
ISC8000 is a new generation of intelligent substation monitoring platform system of auxiliary equipment that is developed according to the latest standards of the State Grid’s auxiliary control system.
It highly integrated video surveillance system, security system, environmental monitoring and control system, automatic fire alarm system, intelligent entrance guard system and other auxiliary production systems. IEC61850 is adopted in the system to the unified modeling of different sources of data, realizing the panoramic data sharing of substation’s auxiliary production systems , centralized management, unified storage and integrated display.
It not only supports the unified closed-loop monitoring and control of the sub-system, but also supports the remote orchestration of linkage plan among sub-systems, and takes effect immediately.
Through the integration and optimization of various kinds of auxiliary production systems, this system realizes the remote distributed supervision in the unattended intelligent substation through monitoring, early warning and control, offering reliable technical guarantee to the scientific management and safe production of transformer substation.

1.2 System Function
Online Real-time Monitoring:
Integrated subsystems such as environment, security, fire control, video, entrance guard, lighting, drainage, HVAC and so on, realized the real-time information’s comprehensive display, alarm, and query.
Using electric light word style and intuitive engineering vector map style combined with the scene environment for remote communication, remote sensing, remote control, remote adjustment and remote viewing.
Comprehensive Linkage Management:
Establishing logical linkage rules in any sub-system and between subsystems so that the system automatically acts as predetermined rules when alarm occurs.
Sound, light, valves, video, E-mail and other combination methods of notifying alert support subscription pushing mechanism of alarm linkage events, and they can be pushed to the platform client.
Historical Data Query:
Recording environment, video and manual operation process, linkage process and key images in the whole process with all traces. Environmental security and other data are permanently overlaid to the live videos through subtitles .
Conjunctively query historical journals according to alarm types and alarm features.
Analyzing data tendency and data cross information in the form of curve, and exporting historical data, journal records as rich reports for printing and analysis as the secondary usage.
System maintenance self-inspection:
Regularly examining the operating state of function models, examining storage medium, CPU load, memory load and other key values and recording journals on exceeding data journals.
Supporting functions such as remote software upgrade, remote diagnosis and fault self-healing .
Information Safety Management:
Distinguish the operation right of users with the system and users without the system, controlling the operation of the users in the whole process to record and query all the operation journals.
Data and signaling are channel encrypted in the transmission process, and backing up key data redundancy .

1.5 System Advantages
Performing the latest standards of State Grid; abandoned the simple split subsystem plan, realized the integration of data fusion and the presentation of business integration.
Providing secondary development platform of the auxiliary control system linkage scheme, which not only supports the subsystem linkage request proposed by State Grid, but also assists the users to timely improve management strategies of auxiliary systems in substations.
The system stability is extremely strong. It not only applied the hardware platform recognized by power level 4, but also strengthened the performance of data security. Key historical data are integrated to video record to prevent malicious tampering.
Routing function is built in multiple network card hardware to save IP resource inside the power network and avoid using ordinary civil router, which is conforming the network information security stipulations of the state grid .
There is concise and professional design of user experience. In the project implementation stage, the humanized and considerate design greatly simplify the difficulty of the construction. In the actual operation phase, the software’s interface style and manipulation method conform with the habits of electric power industry.
Key monitoring performance indexes such as time accuracy and the number of video images are beyond the standard requirements of State Grid.
Supporting double operation system client of Linux and Windows. The station end uses Linux rather than another PC to display. The main station software supports Windows and can be quickly installed.
Keeping the synchronization of monitoring interfaces from multiple clients when real-time monitoring is carried on. Alarm message is pushed to multiple clients synchronically when alarm occurs.
Supporting remote monitoring, remote configuration, remote upgrade, and remote maintenance.
Data delay is short, the main station can visit station end system directly instead of any transfer.
The main station supports hot standby of business server and the backup of data array redundancy.
